Plot twist, it’s actually great!

What a delightful surprise! A stunning view of San José at night, spacious rooms, and friendly staff made for an amazing stay. The free airport shuttle was a huge perk. The restaurant's delicious breakfast cemented my love for this chic spot. Don't miss the vibrant gardens filled with birdsong in the morning!

Stunning views and delicious breakfast, but the Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

Staying here with my family, including dad, was fantastic! One of the highlights was enjoying a tractor tour that offered stunning viewpoints to the Poás volcano. The lush high rainforest walks were mesmerizing, and we spotted so many birds near the lake.

My kids wished for a better pool area for family fun.

The hotel had a stunning view over the Central Valley and San José. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival, making check-in quick and easy. The room was well-maintained with a comfortable bed, but it felt a bit cramped with my luggage. I found the absence of air conditioning a little challenging, though the fans helped. The gardens around the hotel were beautiful and tranquil, filled with vibrant colors and birdsong in the morning. The location is a bit out of the way, so having a car is necessary. The breakfast had a variety of options and was tasty. However, dinner prices seemed on the higher side for what was offered. The shuttle service to the airport was efficient and reliable, which was a huge plus for me.

The room was super comfy, really spacious and clean. The bed was great for a good night's sleep. I also loved the little balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view. Nothing bad to say about it, just a solid place to crash before heading to the airport.
